About the job

As operations are expanding we are looking for an agricultural employee for modern pig farm in the area of Oldambt.

As an employee at this pig farm you will:
> carry out all round activities for piglets to the delivery of the pigs
> take care of the pigs
> clean out the pig sheds
> carry out health checks and quality controls

The company you are going to work for is a very modern and innovative pig farm where quality standards for animal welfare are of high importance. This company’s new barn meets the requirements for the two star quality mark for animals welfare. In addition, this pig farm is energy neutral. Altogether this farm counts around 5500 pigs, including 600 sows and 4900 domestic pigs. Within this organization you will work with three other colleagues.

At this job you are going to work 38 hours a week during daytime. The working hours are from 07:30 till 16:30. We are looking for someone who is available for a long term. It is also important that you are willing to run a weekend shift once every three weeks. Your salary will be determined based on your educational background and experience.
